Draft NZ Limited is a NZ owned staffing agency operating across all of Auckland. Our mission is to shape fulfilling careers for our people, knowing that by doing so we are also helping organisations become more competitive and grow their business.
Our services range from temporary staffing and outsourcing to vendor on-site and full-time placement. With the diverse backgrounds and recruitent expertise of our dedicated team, we understand the unique demands of each industry. We have placed people at all levels in finance and accounting, customer service, and information technology as well as the light industrial, manufacturing and construction sectors.
A hands-on, personal approach
As a privately owned and operated agency, our directors play a key role in the daily running of our business. This means we are able to give our clients a uniquely personal service and a high degree of flexibility, accountability and consistency.
The Draft NZ team adds value by taking full responsibility for all parts of the process from the very beginning, not just the placement of staff. You will often see our team members on client sites, conducting site inductions and Service Level Agreement reviews or rostering staff.
